"Look on the bright side!"
We've all heard these phrases, and others, from well meaning friends and relatives. And while most of us nod our heads and go about our negative ways, these well meant phrases can be a powerful tool for bringing about abundant health and great success.
Our bodies are made up of energy. This energy flows through us and surrounds us, creating our own individual auras. An aura is a very powerful thing as our thoughts and feelings are sensed by whomever is close enough to come in contact with it, this in turn affects their own thoughts and feelings. Which is why we are compelled to seek out people who have a positive aura over those who's aura is negative.
What we think affects how we feel, which makes our auras either positive or negative. We can change our feelings and our auras by changing our thinking.
The mind is a very powerful thing; whatever the mind believes it achieves. Negative thoughts generate negative feelings, which lead to poor health and lack of prosperity. Positive thoughts generate positive feelings, which lead to happiness, good health, and success. But because the mind is so powerful, trying to trick it with a few half-hearted positive sayings isn't enough; positive thinking takes hard work and commitment to change from the inside out. So first, ask yourself if you are willing to commit to making the changes necessary to become positively powerful.
Now, if you're ready and committed, we can proceed. Here are 4 simple ways to begin training yourself to be a positively powerful person.
- Be aware of your inner self-talk and don't say anything to yourself (mentally or verbally) that you wouldn't say to someone you love.
- Weed out negative words and phrases in your internal dialogues. For example, replace I can't with I can, and impossible with possible.
- Become aware of your negative feelings and make a conscious effort to substitute them with positive ones.
- Pay attention to how you talk about yourself or your situations to others. If you find that you commonly portray yourself in a negative way, consciously switch it to a positive one. It helps if you follow this age old adage when talking about yourself; if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all. Since talking about one's self, whether in a good way or a bad one, is high on the list of favorite topics, this is a powerful tool for producing quick results.

I can feel what others are feeling and yet I cant see their auras.. How do you do that?
I don't really know much about seeing an aura... but, I will look into it and either post an article about it or at least share with you the info I find. Until then, be sure to add this blog to your favorites and/or sign up for emails. Thank you for reading and commenting.
